PM Thanks Chinese President for Helping Cambodia Host SEA Games

Phnom Penh: The Prime Minister of Cambodia, Hun Sen, thanked Chinese President Xi Jinping for helping build the Techo Heritage National Stadium, which is a great achievement for the Southeast Asian Games.

Speaking at the closing SEA Games on the evening of May 17, 2023, PM Hun Sen said that the assistance in the construction of the Techo Heritage National Stadium has made Cambodia successful in opening and closing the SEA Games, including in multi-league competitions in is a national stadium as well.

He said that this achievement will not only be used for one or two years, but will also be used by Cambodian descendants.
